1. No Refund Policy

Each document is uniquely crafted based on the student's academic profile, goals, and university requirements. Therefore, refunds will not be entertained after project initiation.
2. Cancellation Before Work Initiation
If a student wishes to cancel the order before the writing process has begun, the request must be made in writing via email. In such cases, Kanan.co reserves the right to deduct administrative and consultation charges before processing any eligible refund. Once the writer has been assigned and profiling discussion has started, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refund.
3. Service Commitment & Revisions

4. Duplicate Payment Refund

While Kanan.co maintains a 98% success rate and strives to align every document with university expectations, admission decisions are solely made by universities. Admission rejection or visa refusal cannot be considered grounds for refund.
